How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our warehouse base in Middletown, New York are shipped through UPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

No. At this time we do not ship or sell products outside of the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on the option chosen by you during checkout.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

You receive the wrong item.

You receive a defective or damaged product (that is not already used or open in anyway) and contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving the product.

We do not issue a refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. shipping company delays, delayed by a natural disaster).

Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of whollymedicalsupplies.com.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns less than 15 days.

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days.

We will replace defective items based on the manufacturer’s policy.

Exchanges

Due to the health-related, hygienic, and disposable nature of what we sell, we are unable to make exchanges for our products.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
